  • For remote areas, delivery times may vary slightly due to logistical constraints, but we try to give timely service to your desired area.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you have changed your mind and want to return a product purchased from Xyro.pk, here are the following policies:

  • Returns or exchanges are acknowledged within 7 days of accepting the item.
  • Things must be unused, undamaged, and in their unique packaging with all labels, manuals, and accessories.
  • To start a return, drop a message at xyropk@gmail.com or call at +92 342 8322267 together with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, returns may include pickup or dropping the thing off at an assigned area.
  • Discounts are processed within (number of days) working days after inspection and approval, issued through the original payment method, or as store credit.
  • Items harmed due to misuse or labeled "last deal" or "non-returnable" are not qualified for returns.

Cancellation of Orders

You're able to cancel your order earlier to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and a full refund of that money has already been taken. You'll cancel an order by calling us on (contact number) within a (specific) number of hours of the order being placed with us, once the thing has been shipped you can not cancel the order and will have to follow the normal process for returning a product or item.
